Quarantine Thoughts #2

It's really, really time to bust out the yoga mats and get down to barre even though the flu is still in the household. Then gardening, for which I am eternally grateful.

We just did an adapted fencing warmup workout in our garage (we had to omit some parts that are unsafe here as opposed to at the fencing school, e.g. backwards jogging) and then fenced each other for maybe 40 minutes, and then went for a walk. *nodnod*

I might try easing back into Yoga With Adriene myself. Even the five-minute workout always made me feel better.

Gardening is an absolute lifesaver. I am running out of dandelions, which I didn't think was physically possible...
