So, a couple of things have taken over my life recently, and all of them seem to somehow involve me completely ghosting over my DW. Tennis AU! Khushrenada was graduating high school the year Peacecraft arrived on the scene: their court battles were always heated, as were their off-court encounters. Their rivalry was laced with that extra frisson. Years later on the professional circuit, Treize can't seem to stop running into the mysterious masked Merquise, a young pro quickly taking the tennis world by storm. For his electric serve and regal bearing, they call him the Lightning Count...
OR, you know, Treize owns a flower shop dealing exclusively in breeds of roses, and Zechs owns the toy store next door - his sister suggested the low key life would be therapeutic when he was victim of a car accident driving home from his strenuous Wall Street life, and he had to have a transplant. Obviously she's never spent day in and day out surrounded by the demonic element that is hyperactive greedy children. An unlikely friendship develops between neighbour shop owners, and an even more unlikely romance. Little do either know that the heart beating in Zechs' chest once belonged to Treize's deceased organ donor wife. ...DRAMA.
