Normally I ignore the performances at the end/middle/wherever of Utaban, mainly because Nakai-senpai is so awesome all on his own that they usually get the fast-forward treatment. BUT. BUT. When I saw this live I just stopped dead and then replayed it, oh, around seven times. It has Tsuyoshi dancing, Koichi crooning, and - if it suits your tastes - KAT-TUN doing proper kouhai-duty by dressing up in skirts. Have I mentioned that Kanashimi Blue is a really good song?

  

  

DOMOTO KYOUDAI - TAKKI AND TSUBASA (2007 EPISODE) English subs

Domoto Kyoudai is beyond words all on its own. For one, it's called Domoto Kyoudai and has Koichi and Tsuyoshi being cruel to any and every guest that comes onto its hallowed stage. For seconds, it has an opening jingle that will have you singing DO-MO-TO for no good reason, very often in public places. For thirds, whenever a Johnny's comes on, mayhem breaks loose.

In this episode, Takki's manly bits get a thorough review, Koichi and Tsuyoshi clamber all over each other in an effort to prove that they have slashier vibes, Tsubasa grins a lot and gets called chin chin ii (a bad Japanese pronunciation of the Chinese pronounciation of Imai Tsubasa, also slang for "GOOD COCK!"), and enough fan abuse to make you a masochist. I heard Sorafune during one of the countdowns and fell in love. Nagase's voice should be locked up before it can cause any more accidental deaths by overload of manly greatness. In the PV, they dress everyone - and I mean everyone - up in black suits and then throw Nagase into the (artificial) rain of a gloomy Toki-- uh, Tokyo night. WHAT IS THERE TO LOSE?

Dear god, these are amazing! Oh my god. Okada!! SO HOT! How is he so hot I don't understand, and cracking open his shell and blowing kisses at Tsuyoshi, it's beautiful!!

And, OK, I am not an intense Nagase/Koichi shipper like certain other people, but I still LOVE seeing them together. They are WAY TOO ADORABLE and oh my god the dancing. And just. I love watching the two of them dance next to each other because the size difference CRACKS ME UP!! Koichi is like a tiny child and Nagase is like a hulking beast. (which, let's face it, he is. Mmm, sexbeast.) And they're just so cute all the time!

AND TAINNOCHI!! I freaking love that combination SO SO MUCH!! They are the cutest sweetest friendliest peppiest silliest things ever!! Oh, J-Friends!!

The Leader/Sakamoto picture is. . . I don't even have words. I don't know if I should be happier than I've ever been before in my life cos it's the funniest thing ever or if I should just go into hiding in a closet.

Okada slays me with hot. Put him with Nagase and the hot just kind of trickles over the edge and destroys the universe in a happy, happy way. :D

Nagase and Koichi make the best (and most hilarious) of friends. I love their dorkdom so much. <3

YES TAICHI WITH INNOCHI IS THE BESTEST THING TO EVER EMERGE IN THE UNIVERSE; I get little shivers of joy whenever I see them grinning and causing havoc and being friendly with EVERYONE.

I don't even understand Okada, he's so perfect it's magical. Like, I can't remember which year it is, but I was watching whichever JSports is on crunchyroll and they were doing that beach flag race thing? And Nagase failed in his typical adorable way and Okada was the only one left from team red!! And he was up against, like, Aiba and Mabo from team white, who have twice as long legs as him. And he has this little bewildered expression on his face (I think, I may have added this in my mind) that's like "Guys! Guys! My Okada magic can only go so far - look how short I am, do you really think I can run faster than these guys??"

Oh god, and Tiger and Dragon is unbelievably awesome! XD The two of them. . . it's so beautiful!

Y'know, I've heard about more TaInnochi than I've actually seen. This is tragic! :(

OH MY GOD I REMEMBER THAT SPORTS DAY, it was hilarious, I kept screaming: "MABO WILL EAT YOU IN YOUR SLEEP, MABO WILL EAT YOUR FACE" during that final race (because if Mabo chased me in the middle of the night, I WOULD RUN AWAY SCREAMING). Aiba is insane. I am convinced that boy can fly. Poor baby Okada. I love him so, even in his glorious shortness.

XD I was watching them really closely, cos I'm like that, and of Mabo and Aiba, one of them starts out a lot faster, and the other starts a bit slower and then catches up. I can't remember who is who, but I think Aiba starts strong and stays fast and Mabo starts slower and then gets even faster!

YES OH MY GOD!! Seriously, oh god. Or when the girl has to walk bent over cos she doesn't want to be so much taller than him. Whatever, he's Okada! It doesn't matter that I could put him in my pocket. I'm having an Okada-ish week. XD But Nagase is seriously so sexy in that as well, of course! Cos I was used to MBMH Yakuza Nagase, but even though Tiger and Dragon is a comedy as well and even though he's sort of just a debt collector and doesn't get involved in prostitution and brawls like in MBMH, it's somehow darker and sexier. ::drools::

I may have been given some hints as to where to find some of them together - if I only had the time to investigate. :(

I keep thinking that Aiba's made of glass. xD Mostly because, y'know, he seems to have FALLEN APART AS A YOUNG CHILD, but then I see him during Jsports and he's like some insane sprinter or something. And Mabo, Mabo is just scary.

OKADA is a god of sex, or something close to it. Have you seen Tokyo Tower? I might as well have turned off the sound for all that I just kept staring. Okada in suit. Mmmm, tasty. Plus there's always Hold Up Down, where he is Jesus.
